Wyoming

It really is a beautiful state. Last night was "interesting." In the state of Wyoming I-80 reaches its maximum elevation of 8,640 feet and I got there just around midnight. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! There were cross winds reaching up to 65 miles per hour that were blowing snow across the highway. My vertigo really kicked in when there were white out conditions all around me but if I looked up I could see the mountains around me and a bright black sky with brilliant stars. Up seemed down and there was no down. I stopped at the Welcome to Wyoming rest stop where there was WiFi and Guy and I hunkered down for the night. Thank dog for warm sleeping bags.
