headed north - in a way

I "left" Salem as I did all the hiking I can there. So I found a few hikes and they are all about 10 - 15 miles north. So I'll stay in the area a little longer. No real reason to head up there too quickly as there are no job interviews in the offing and there is no reason to be cold again. Although at nearly 80 degrees today, it was a rough hike.
