ugh

money is tight this week and I just had to spend $20 I don't have. In fact, I had to break into my laundry quarters to pay for this morning's coffee.

As I was stopped at a red light leaving the grocery store a "bum" tried to hit me up. The guy was several bricks short of a full load and I mean he was in sad shape. At first I said that I had nothing for him. He wandered across the road. Then I looked at the strawberry container from yesterday that I had just finished and the V8 juice jar that I had just finished and I honked the horn as the light turned green. I was almost in tears for the guy as he turned around and I gave him four quarters out of the laundry fund.

Sometimes this world just sucks.
